Abstract

Evacuation routes information should be easily accessible to all students and staff members of a university in order to have a safe and reliable campus. This study produced a visually-animated campus evacuation routes information at Nagoya Bunri University on a web site for mobile phones. The paper discusses the feasibility and problems associated with the delivery of disaster or emergency information through mobile phones.
