Abstract

In uniform three dimensional magnets we had not expected to observe time variations of magnetic properties within an attainable time scale. Contrary to all expectations, a long-time variation of magnetic structure was observed in a non-diluted uniform magnet CeIr_3Si_2 by means of time-resolved neutron scattering measurements. Subsequently, a different kind of time variation of magnetic structure was found in Ca_3Co_2O_6. We describe the features of two kinds of time variations in these materials. A microscopic model of the long-time variation of magnetic structure is presented.
