Abstract

<p>From the practical viewpoint of organizational management in a certain time horizon continuously, it is meaningful to build a model analyzing the initial period of “organization growth-decline" mechanism, in addition with strategies of competitive advantage at a specific time. “Organization Growth-Decline ～Mathematical Model"(Hosei Management Magazine, No.53-2 by Enta-Yushi) is applied in this research paper to the Banking Industry in Japan which was experienced a huge industrial restructuring after the Financial Crisis, and now facing the turning point of new technology pressures, together with the consideration of “selection & concentration" and “M&A" strategies under the current situation of emphasizing more on ROE management, “Corporate Governance Code" and increase of information and communication costs caused by corporation integration and enlargement.</p>
