Abstract
<p>For the purpose of improving rigidity, composite slabs are used for composite girders. However, bottom steel plates of composite slabs, were not completely connected with main girder. Therefore, in design, the axial stiffness of the bottom steel plates was not considered. In this study, the effects of stiffness were calculated by FEM. As results of the analysis, the rigidity of the bottom steel plates was influenced by the axial stiffness of the composite girder.</p>
