Description
ビタミンB12欠乏症の病因には悪性貧血,胃切後吸収障害などがあり巨赤芽球性貧血の病像を呈するが,中には必ずしも貧血の有無に関わらず精神症状が著明なものがあり,megaloblastic madnessと呼ばれている.著者等はかかる症例を2例(69歳男,49歳女)経験したが,ビタミンB12投与により速やかに貧血と精神症状は軽快した
