<p>Currently, Japan is facing a super-aged society, and the problem of nursing care is becoming extremely important. Since transfer care is particularly important to improve the quality of life of the cared person, various types of care lifts have been developed to support transfer. The authors have previously proposed a telescopic boom type care lift that can achieve a lift up close to a natural human standing-up trajectory. Furthermore, in the previous report, we have made improvements to introduce a back support wire in order to further reduce the burden. In this paper, we study the mechanism optimization of telescopic boom type care lift with back support wire, and make the prototype by adopting the data after optimization. Then, it is verified that the mental and physical burden of the cared person can be greatly reduced by introducing the back support wire.</p>
