抄録

Organizations certified in the fourth edition（ISO 9001：2008）need to complete the transition by September 2015. However, in small companies, the activities for applying to the fifth edition（ISO 9001：2015）are delayed.<BR> 　The possible causes of this are the following items.<BR> -They do not understand the requirements of ISO 9001.<BR> -They do not understand the organization’s QMS structure.<BR> -They do not know how to revise the quality manual.<BR> -No personnel knows quality assurance.<BR> 　In this paper, I will explain how to understand the requirements of ISO 9001, the relationship between policy management and the structure of ISO 9001, and how to create process-oriented quality manuals.
