抄録

<p>The purpose of this paper is to introduce publishing studies in Russia by translating the term “knigovegenie” from academic works. Compared with that of Japan, both studies had the similar origin, but this study points out that in its subject, such as bibliography and library science had the strong influence on Russian publishing studies.</p>
