Description
<p> Recently, various kinds of sensors, such as GPS, acceleration sensor and so on, can be installed on the common electric devices like a smartphone. These progress of the electric device enables to accumulate both of highly precise and large volume data with low costs. We focus on the acceleration data measured by smartphone, and propose a simple diagnosis method of road surface roughness, which considers both of an index on road profile and the standard deviation of acceleration data into up-down direction, is developed using SVM (Support Vector Machine) technique. In this paper, the outline of the diagnosis method is explained, and its availability is discussed.</p>
