<p>当院ではHOT患者に対し訪問看護を行ってきたが，訪問看護の適応と効果については明らかにされていないのが現状であった．そこでHOT患者52例を訪問看護継続群・非継続群に分類し，その両者を比較検討した．急性増悪・入院期間から十分裏付けることはできなかったが，訪問看護の適応について明らかにすることができた．</p>
