Abstract
<p> Postdural puncture headache is one of the complications of cerebrospinal fluid drainage for spinal cord protection in thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm surgery. Postdural puncture headache has been reported to occur in 9.7-18.6% of patients with cerebrospinal fluid drainage and to cause postoperative demobilization.</p><p> We report eight cases of postdural puncture headache treated with anhydrous caffeine that occurred after cerebrospinal fluid drainage during thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm surgery.</p>
