Description

We report PDMS-stainless steel microfluidic devices for generating droplets. Microfluidic channels are made in PDMS slab via soft lithography, while the stainless-steel parts were made by mechanical machining and wire-electric discharge machining, and both parts are bonded together by excimer laser. By infusing pure water and oleic acid into the device, we could produce water-in-oil droplets.
