Description
<p>A digitalization method was designed to visualize the force applied on the tool by an operator in the cutting operation with a circular saw. There were many ways to make a good cutting surface in the cutting operation. The digitalization method enables workers to recognize the difference between the target level and the operator’s level as a numerical data. As a result, the operators can acquire necessary skills smoothly and find a fine habit of his own. This will improve the skills of beginners in processing. The proposed method has the advantage that there is no need to model the individual difference or the body movements. Development of skill transfer system using IoT can also be expected in the future.</p>
