Abstract
<p>Acquiring the ability to use physical laws to deal with concrete physical situations is one of the most important targets in physics learning. In the learning, however, students are usually required only to solve exercise problems by using the physical laws. The students who can solve exercise problems with the laws cannot always use the laws to deal with the concrete physical situation. We, therefore, propose a virtual experimental environment where students are required to deal with physical situations with the laws measuring several attributes in order to derive an attribute. In this paper, the implementation of the environment and the results of experimental are also described.</p>
