抄録

<p>The questionnaire survey was investigated for welfare facilities in the area where major floods occurred in recent years. In addition, the interview was investigated to welfare facilities which got away from a flood with help of other people. One of the problems is welfare facilities can’t get help of other people in times of an emergency. We insist that it is important to get the help of other people at the time of moving to a safe place. The welfare facilities should make good relationship with residents, information sharing about the evacuation planning , evacuation drills with the helper.</p>
