抄録

秋田県において菌類の子実体から得られたCeratophysella mediolobata Nakamori, sp. nov. を記載した．また，沖縄県から本邦初記録となるCeratophysella liguladorsi (Lee, 1974) が菌類の子実体から得られた． これらの2 種およびCeratophysella tergilobata (Cassagnau, 1954) は腹部第5 節に突起をもつ点で類似するが，C. tergilobata は他の2 種と上顎外片に1 本の副片毛をもつ点で区別でき（他の2 種は2 本），C. mediolobata sp. nov. はC. liguladorsi と腹部第4 節背面の後列の第3 毛を欠く点で区別できる（C. liguladorsi は第3 毛をもつ）．DNAバーコードによる同定を可能にするために，C. mediolobata sp. nov. およびC. liguladorsi のミトコンドリアのチトクロームC オキシダーゼサブユニットI 遺伝子および16S リボソームRNA 遺伝子の一部分の塩基配列を決定した．
