Abstract
<p>Accumulation of stress during SLM additive manufacturing process causes a significant problem like distortion, cracks, residual stress. Simulation of additive manufacturing process has been developed to predict these problems and applied in order to produce part with sufficient quality without many trial manufacturing. However, conventional approaches of simulation have not considered effect of phase transformation, and not appropriate to simulate some material like Maraging steel. Method for simulation with considering phase transformation is described in this paper.</p>
