<p>The reaction and diffusion phenomenon of HCl and NaOH in the microchannel was visualized.The wavelength to be used for visualization is narrowed down by the stepwise method, and the regression model for performing simultaneous three-component imaging of HCl, NaOH, and NaCl is created by selecting it based on the R-square with corrected degrees of freedom and Variance Inflation Factor (VIF). From the imaged images, it was clarified that the distribution of the solution was visualized in all the components, and the imaging of the three components was possible at the same time.</p>
