Description

Solar cells based on ABX3 type metal-halide perovskite semiconductors are attracting wide attention as next-generation solar cells. Perovskite solar cells can be fabricated using low-temperature, solution-based processes, and, when film substrates are used, can also be made lightweight and flexible. We have improved the performance of perovskite solar cells by developing high purity starting materials and new coating methods. This paper introduces the development of our solar cell research, which we are working on from a chemical perspective.
