Abstract
This study was aimed to investigate sleep and thermoregulation in evacuation shelter-analogue setting in winter using blankets for disaster relief and clothing. Subject experiments were conducted to examine the sleep variables using actigraphy, thermoregulatory responses, and environmental conditions for three conditions. The subjects completed questionnaires regarding their thermal sensation, comfort sensation, fatigue, and subjective sleepiness before and after the sleep. Young healthy students took part in the sleep study of three nights for seven hours from Midnight to 7 AM.
