<p>A system in which oil phase droplets containing water phase droplets are dispersed in the water phase is called W/O/W double emulsions (DE). DEs are produced with a variety of materials, which is able to contain beneficial components. Therefore, DEs are used in many industrial and medical appreciation. Several types of flow-focusing devices were proposed to produce uniform DEs in size. The flow-focusing techniques are promising, however, not many studies focused on stability of the DEs production in terms of flow characteristics. In this study, we have categorized flow regimes that produce uniform DEs on Capillary number mapping. The uniform DEs produced in the device were injected in a capillary tube to observe its migration behavior in a flow. Flow rates affect the stable migration of DEs in the flow.</p>
