Abstract
<p>In Naruto Area, the regional seafood processing company succeeded frozen seaweed production. Based on an interview survey of innovation, there are many factors on success. For example, attention to customer value, technology development, uniqueness in business community. Presumably, experiences which were accumulated to overcome weaknesses foster intuition and accelerate speed of technology development.</p>
