Abstract

Medical professionals have national qualifications. Whether one is just getting one's national certification or a clinically highly experienced veteran, one would answer without hesitation that my speciality is nursing. IKANKOGEI education course is students with educational backgrounds in medicine, nursing, engineering, and the arts are trying to converge their ideas toward a goal through discussion together, not for graduate credit; however, my three graduate students participated in this course. One student entered the master's program directly after graduation without clinical experience. The next one entered the master's program immediately and, after getting a master's degree, worked more than three years in a clinical ward, then joined the doctoral program. And the last student who entered the master's program after more than 20 years of clinical experience after graduation participated in this course. I would like to give my personal opinion about this challenging course based on their situation.
