Abstract

<p>日常診療における腎機能の評価は，血清クレアチニン値と年齢，性別による推算糸球体濾過量（estimated glomerular filtration rate：eGFR）を用いる．血清シスタチンC値によるeGFRが利用できる場合には，併用することで正確度は向上する．腎排泄性薬剤投与時には体表面積補正を外したeGFRを用いる．それぞれの検査の特徴と限界をよく理解し，検査対象の背景・検査の目的等を考慮に入れて腎機能を評価することが重要である．</p>
