- プラズモン現象を利用したMIM構造型フォトニックデバイスの力センサとしての可能性
Abstract
<p>It is important to detect the level of force at fingers on the robot arm. Metal-insulator-metal (MIM)/ metal-gap-metal (MGM) structures using plasmonic effect show unique absorption spectra as a function of the thickness of the insulator layer or the gap. When the thickness of the MIM/MGM structures change depending on the applied force, the absorption spectrum can be monitored remotely via an optical fiber (or space) on the robot system.</p>
