This case study was carried out in order to grasp child and family support process of a developmental disorders children in nursery school from the stage of the diagnosis is indefinite. Interviews about the support process were carried out to a mother and teachers of an Asperger Syndrome child. Interviews were analyzed qualitatively. First the child’s teacher was making a relation between children. Next she spoke to a mother about the child's growth and special needs carefully. On the other hand a deputy director introduced the special educational institution to the mother. This allotment of roles achieved the effective function to connect the parents and child with a special educational institution. The institution offered information to child's special nurture method and school choice to a mother. And the mother got her company who can share worries. The importance of the social work by teachers association was argued.
