Abstract

倉敷市、総社市、並びに岡山市周辺の治水河川や溜池などに優位に自生する「いわゆる藻類」を単離して培養した。この微生物は、形態や特徴、あるいは生育可能な培地（培養基）の種類などから推測して、ランソウ（ラン藻）のなかまであると考えられた。また、特にここ数年、この地域の溜池には外来アゾラの生育も確認された。

One of the algae, which was classified in cyanobacterium, was isolated. The microorganism grew specifically in the liver or the pond in Kurashiki, Soja, and Okayama cities around. Also, outpatient azolla was occasionally observed in this area, recently.
