Abstract

In this paper, an overview of the recent role of the Research and Development Division at the University of Tsukuba Library is described. The overview covers the digital library service and the part of school's education. Performing library research and development is complex and constantly changing. Client expectations are increasing, and libraries need to change to meet user needs.
