本研究では,教職大学院を対象に,国内外の質的調査研究を通して,教師教育を担う大学教員の資質要件を多面的に解明した。近年の専門職養成では「実践」が重要視され,養成カリキュラムや実務家教員の導入などの大きな変化が見られる。本調査は質問紙調査と訪問調査を主とし,同時に国内外の事例調査を行った。主な結論では,実践に関連するキーワード「実践」「実践知」「実務」「実践研究」「実務家教員」「研究」等の理解は多様で,具体的内容が十分に共有されていないことが明らかになった。実務家教員の割合や定義も大学により異なり,求められる資質も一様でなく,どれも模索段階にある。今後それらの検証と質保証の開発が急務である。

This study explored the eligibility requirements for university lecturers on teacher education for advanced professionals by qualitative research on the reality of the professional schools for teachers in Japan. The practice is important to the resent teacher education for professionals. This study mainly used questionnaires and interviews in addition to the case studies in domestic and overseas fieldwork. The main finding is that there are various understandings between the key words associated practice such as knowledge of practice, practicum, practical research, teaching practitioner, and there is no common concepts in its community. There are differences between universities on the teaching practitioners, their definitions, and eligibility requirements for them. They are still groping in the dark. It is urgent that their examinations and the development of the quality assurance system of the teaching practitioners in the near future.
