説明

The purpose of this study is to make the personal database of JIS to apply the mechanical engineering computer aided instruction. It is too difficult to make its database by prepared personal DBMS, because of system extension and flexibility, JIS data structure and etc.. So, this database and its management system has written by symbolic logic based on prolog. One of the peculiarities of this system is extension and flexibility. It is realized according to the characteristics of prolog language. The other is the multi-access method of the database. The database can be inquired by three method that are direct method, multi-language method of which language are PL (picture-like language), EL (english-like language) and DL (dBASE-like language) and menu method.
