This study reports on the activity of an athletic trainer in the Faculty of Sports and Health Studies, Hosei University. The athletic trainer activity was studied at a sporting event held on May 27 and October 9. The trainer attended to several sprained ankles at each event, and conditioning such as icing and stretching, etc. was the most required treatment. Enlightenment of trainer activity in universities and the creation of manpower through education are future issues for investigation.
