Abstract
A main subject focuss on the progress of teaching and the learning method which put the faculty development in the U. S. school administrators prepare program of the 1990s, and the prepare system which progressed in connection with it. In order to conquer the conflict to the school administrators prepare performed in the graduate school stage, the improved teaching and the learning method presented prepare "Practice-Based" as solution. However, these brought a result which affects various qualification licensure, certification, accreditation, the license standard in there, an examination, a training system, as a system of a school administrators. These have presented the school administrators prepare system of the United States. The purpose of this paper analyzes the prepare system formed from progress of teaching and the learning method in the school administrators prepare system, and is to clarify the school administrators prepare system of the present United States.
