抄録

The purpose of this study was to search for a better way for teaching in “Nursing Administration”, taking into consideration the features specific to Health Care System. A close analysis was made on the reports written by student nurses about “leadership” and “membership”. The results were as follows: 1. As for “leadership”, student nurse evaluated a leader's “endowment and attitude” higher than “ability”. 2. The elements they regard as important in “membership” were both mental elements such as personality, friendliness, and active elements such as endowment, attitude, and ability. These results suggested the importance of teaching by paying attention to leadership and membership in “Nursing Administration”.
