Almost four years have past since we started to develop a new universal prevention education at school for children’s health and adjustment. At present, school teachers are implementing this education, named “TOP SELF,”by themselve at their schools. In the current paper, we explained about the processes from starting to develop the education to the present, thereafter giving views for the nation-wide dissemination. The education was developed as a science in terms of the establishment of educational purposes and methods, along with scientific evaluations. And the developed educaion was implemented by development staffs while undergoing many revisions leading to the finally establised education at present. Thus, school teachers are now implementing the education, and this paper depicted the procedure and methods for such implementation in details. Since the nation-wide dissemination is expected in the near future, the detailed procedure for the dissemination was also clarified. Moreover, regarding the evaluation of effectiveness of the education, the final destination is randomized controlled trials, so several steps to this destination were elucidated, focusing on the designs and tools for the evaluation at the present step. Finally, the necessity and methods for rapid actualization of the nation-wide dissemination are suggested, being discussed on a number of problems for such dissemination.
