本論文は、自己探究に基づく教師のリフレクションの在り方を検討することを目的としている。このリフレクションを通して、教師は実践を振り返り意味付けつつ、自己の捉え直しを行うことになる。本論文では、ショーン、メジロー、ヴァン＝マーネン、コルトハーヘンらのリフレクション論、ハーマンスの対話的自己論を検討しつつ、次のような知見が得られた。⑴自己探究に基づくリフレクションの基点は、対話的自己におけるポジションが生み出す、実践状況の対立的な定義間のジレンマである。⑵ジレンマは、葛藤するポジションから取捨選択を行うこと、またはそれらを調停・統合することによって克服されていく。⑶ジレンマ克服の現実的な過程では、他者との共同的なリフレクションを通して、ポジションに関わるアプロプリエーションがより豊かに実現されていく。⑷リフレクションの帰結としての自己変容は、対話的自己におけるポジション間の関係性の変化を意味する。 The article aims to examine a way for teachers’ reflection based on self-inquiry. Through this form of reflection, teachers reconsider their own selves, while looking back on and assessing their practices. In the study, reviewing the theories of reflection by Schön, Mezirow, van Manen and Korthagen, and the theory of the dialogical self by Hermans, the following findings were obtained.（1）An origin of reflection based on self-inquiry is the dilemma between contrasting definitions of a practical situation provided by certain positions in the dialogical self.（2）The dilemma is overcome by selecting, or reconciling and integrating the conflicting positions.（3）In the actual process of overcoming the dilemma, an appropriation of positions is richly accomplished through collaborative reflection with others.（4）Self-transformation, as a consequence of the reflection, denotes changes in relationships among positions in the dialogical self.
