Abstract

Today, in ASEAN countries where economic development is prominent, it is imperative to respond to global financial system reforms so as not to become a source or a transit country of the financial crisis in the future. In this paper, based on the current state and direction of financial regulatory reform from the viewpoint of global financial system, we will summarize the measures to respond to financial regulation in each ASEAN country. Also, we will clarify the relationship between global financial system reform and integration of ASEAN financial markets, based on the features and commonalities of these ASEAN counterparts.
