Abstract

本研究では、大学病院で開催している新プログラムによる母親教室における妊娠中の育児不安軽減の有効性を評価することを目的に調査した。その結果、初産婦の母親教室で聞きたかった項目は、育児用品など産後のこと、経産婦では妊娠中のことであった。産後の入院中に心配なことは、初産婦では授乳方法、児の啼泣時の対応、母乳分泌、経産婦はミルクの補充方法であった。そのうち、母親教室で聞きたかった項目は初産婦では衣服の着脱、経産婦はミルクの補充方法で、新プログラムで実施したモデル人形を使用した抱き方は希望しておらず効果がなかった。初産婦、経産婦とももっと友人を作りたいとの結果より、友人作りを目標とした新プログラムの効果は低く、妊娠中期、後期の同時期に母親教室に参加できるよう調整することが必要である。母親教室の満足度は、初産婦では解決しなかったが安心したものが多く、解決しなかった理由を明らかにする必要性が示唆された。

The purpose of this paper is to consider how to relieve pregnant women's anxiety over rearing a baby. First, we looked mothers' class at a university hospital over again. Then we made a new program of the class and considered the effectiveness of it in relieving pregnant women's anxiety over rearing a baby. As a result, we found that primiparas wanted to know the postpartum life, such as child-care goods, while multiparas wanted to ask about troubles during gestation period. In hospital after delivery, primiparas wanted to learn how to feed a baby and correspondence when a baby cries and mother's milk secretion, while multiparas wanted to learn how to supplement mother's milk with artificial milk. Primiparas wanted to learn how to putting on and taking off of clothes a baby, multiparas wanted to know how to supplement mother's milk with artificial milk in mothers' class. Although both primiparas and multiparas did not want to learn how to hold a baby, which was included in the new program. We also found that both primiparas and multiparas would like to make more friends and, therefore, we had better hold the classes for both primiparas and multiparas on the same day. The satiability of a mother classroom was not settled with a primipara, but there were many things which felt relieved. Necessity to clarify the reason that was not settled became clear.
