Description

Gastroesophageal reflux (GER) can cause bronchial asthma (or chronic cough). In Japan, not so many cases have been reported in 1990's. In late years, however there can be seen many studies concerning GER complicated with bronchial asthma. Food dependent exercise induced anaphylaxis (FDEIAn) show symptoms of urticaria, rhinohhrea, and wheezing (without asthma). FDEIAn is seen in rather younger age. We experienced two cases who complained wheezing. First case was a patient with GER complicated with bronchial asthma. Second case was a patient of high age onset FDEIAn complicated with hypertension and having history of medicine allergy.
