Description
In recent years, energy harvesting, which harvests electric power from energy existing in the environment, has attracted attention as a power supply method for many wireless sensors. However, the voltage obtained by energy harvesting is very small. A booster circuit that can operate at a low voltage is required to convert these voltages to a sufficient magnitude as the power supply voltage of the LSI. In this work, we propose a charge pump circuit for very low voltage that can boost from 100mV.
