Abstract
<p>The diffusion of QR code payment applications is an important issue in Japan, which is moving toward a cashless society. Since QR code payment applications are a type of platform business, an increase in the number of users promotes their diffusion because of the network effects. Therefore, it is essential to acquire users at an early stage and many campaigns have been carried out. However, even if the number of users increases temporarily through campaigns, some of them stop using the system soon. In this study, we discussed a model for analyzing the factors that influence the continuous intention to use QR code payment applications of users who started using them because of campaign.</p>
