<p>This paper aims to clarify the effectiveness and future subjects of sublease projects for migration support by utilizing private vacant house. The analysis results show: 1) Many municipalities are implementing migration support projects by utilizing private vacant house, 2) The sublease projects including collaborative organizations have the potential to develop human resources and regional revitalization, 3) The project that meets the resident needs and lead to entrepreneurship of migrants is highly evaluated, and 4) For the project, it is necessary to consider the project evaluation that matches the synergistic effect within the administrations and the measure to reduce repair costs.</p>
