Abstract
<p>This paper proposes a full-order observer based generalized minimum variance controller equivalent to polynomial approach. Although the controller using the reduced-order observer has the equivalence, the controller cannot be extended to the generalized stabilizing controller. This paper modifies a full-order observer and proposes an equivalent controller.</p>
