本研究は、成人看護学でのヘルスプロモーションの単元において、「成人期の健康問題を1つ自由に取り上げ、健康教育のためのパンフレットを作成する」という課題を示している。その課題を通して、学生がヘルスプロモーションをどのように理解したかを明らかにし、教育方法の検討の一助とすることを目的として行った。提出された課題を分析した結果、成人期の健康問題は生活習慣病が主であること、特にタバコについての取り上げ方が社会の注目と共に急増している。ヘルスプロモーションの考え方のキーワードは、健康に関心を持つ、第一次・第二次・第三次予防、支援であり、ヘルスプロモーションの要素は、QOL、健康問題、生活習慣病、個別性、行動変容、知識と技術、受容・共感と理解したことが明らかになった。また、学習意欲や看護への動機づけになり有効な教育方法であることが分かった。

This study deals with an assignment in the unit of health promotion in the course of Adult Nursing: Pick up any health issue in adult age and make a pamphlet for health education. Through the assignment, I try to clarify how the students understand health promotion, and to develop the teaching method. Among the topics students picked up, lifestyle-related disease is the most frequently chosen topic, especially related to smoking which matches the social trend. It is clarified that the students understand the important factors in health promotion are: getting interested in one's health, protection in the first stage, the second stage, and the third stage, and support. It is noted that they understand factors in health promotion are QOL, health problems, lifestyle-related disease, individuality, behavioral changes, knowledge and skill, acceptance and sympathy. We can motivate the students in this way of teaching, so we can say that this is an effective way of teaching.
