Abstract

The attempt to monitor the socio-economy as a system configuration is nothing but an analysis from a scientific perspective (i.e., from a third party's viewpoint). Even if the selection decisions for system selling related to innovation and sustainability are oriented toward total optimization, it is impossible to avoid vulnerability caused by discrepancies in consensus building at the initial start-up stage of "Koto" (three different Japanese of "Koto"). Moreover, even if selection decisions similar to those of a resilience-oriented ecosystem are used, consensus building to trace the network of "Mono" (three different Japanese of "Mono") does not guarantee the overall optimization of the system. The idea of Global supply-chain is not new. However, it will require methodological restructuring to seek consensus building not only at each step of multi-stages but also onto a collective level.
