Description
<p>Cognitive behavioral therapy has been the mainstay of psychotherapy for a variety of clinical psychological problems, and continues to challenge the solution of these problems. This article aimed to summarize and overview (1) the outline of telepsychology practice and the position of cognitive behavioral therapy in it by introducing a consolidated model for telepsychology practice, (2) telepsychological factors that were important in non-guided practice and examples of telepsychology practice use, and (3) challenges for the spread of cognitive-behavioral therapy using Information and Communication Technology tools.</p>
