金属比熱の簡易な測定法を開発した。安価な自作装置により,しかも短時間に多くの回数測定できるので,金属の比熱測定を中学校の理科や高等学校の物理の実験教材とすることができる。測定精度もよく,市販の装置と比較しても遜色がない。

We proposed a simple method of measuring specific heat of metals, which may enable us to perform the experiment in a very short time, and the required apparatus in our method can be easily made at a low cost, if only an electronic thermometer, or thermocouple is available, in contrast with a conventional method, by which it takes a long time to complete the experiment and moreover, a much more expensive apparatus is usually required. Therefore, this method may be useful even in the physics experiment class of a junior high school.
