Abstract

<p>This report is an analysis of the general catalogs of nine major house builders in Japan. Among the elements in the general catalogs, we mainly analyze the “text” and “images”. The method used is text mining analysis. This analysis shows that in addition to “product introduction”, “corporate philosophy” is an important matter. This result indicates the characteristics of the appealing points that the medium of general catalog emphasizes.</p>
