Abstract

<p>目的：COVID-19流行期において，新入生（以下：学生）を対象に救命処置を理解することを目標に行ったオンライン講習の実施内容を報告する。方法：2,942人の学生を12グループに分け各々Zoomを立ち上げた。教員がDVDを用いて胸骨圧迫と自動体外式除細動器の使い方について指導を行っている様子をビデオカメラで撮影しZoom配信した。クッション，体重計を学生に準備させ30kgを目標に胸骨圧迫の練習を行った。ブレイクアウトルーム機能を使い新入生10名に対して教員1名のグループに分け，学生が行っている胸骨圧迫に対して教員がフィードバックを行った。結果：3日間で2,623人が講習に参加し，2,393人（91.2％）が講習後の無記名調査に回答した。98.1％が救命行動を理解でき，84.4％がオンライン講習を有意義と回答した。結語：身近なものを教材とし学生へのフォロー体制を整えることで，短期間に多人数に対して，大多数の学生が意義を感じる講習ができた。 </p>
