Abstract

<p>We conducted a survey related to the use of public transportation by people with disabilities who have some hidden disabilities. The results of the interviews and exchanges of opinions were structurally organized, and it was found that factors affected by the characteristics of physical disabilities were behind the problems such as the fact that the people themselves want to avoid unnecessary stress when going out and have problems and requests for various facilities and equipment, therefore some problems can be solved by removing obstacles in the social environment.</p>
