研究の概要(英文)：This study focuses on the promotion of the community formation between condominium residents and local community. We investigated the situation of community formation between condominium residents and local communities in 6 wards of central Tokyo (Chiyoda, Chuo, Minato, Shinjuku, Shibuya, Shinagawa). The purpose of this study is to explore the ideal form of community formation in the future and the possibility of mechanisms for promoting exchanges. The following were the main results of the study. 1) Provision of information on paper is effective and efficient as a mechanism for promotion of exchange. 2) "Disaster prevention" and "MIMAMORI" are themes that encourage the participation of residents.
